PASSA is an international tool developed jointly between Habitat for Humanity and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. Its aim is to develop local capacity to reduce shelter- related risk by raising awareness and developing skills in joint analysis, learning, and decision making at the community level. It is a shelter risk reduction tool, creating long term and sustainable realistic reconstruction solutions, empowering people to communicate their needs and to understand the impacts of their respective choices. It consists of 8 modules and fits into preparedness, mitigation, relief, and recovery in the disaster management cycle. come out and help your community with Habitat for Humanity.
