Beneficiaries: HFHTT will explore the feasibility of targeting different poverty groups and serving more families in diverse ways.

Teamwork: HFHTT recognizes the inherent interconnectedness of all of its departments, programs and stakeholders.

Alliances: HFHTT programs will increasingly emphasize the importance of strategic alliances with other entities with special emphasis on entities with direct access to land.

Community Mobilisation: HFHTT will place special emphasis on the Local Committees working with the diverse communities to increase community involvement and to execute the various programs. Special emphasis will be on the hosting of various “Builds”; Global Village Teams, Church, Corporate, Youth and Women Builds.

Advocacy: This aspect of the program continues to be an intrinsic aspect of the HFHTT program. The specific emphasis recommended under this heading is for HFHTT to become a national voice on land issues and squatter settlement.
